Squareyards is planning its maiden Real Estate Cat II AIF Fund and looking for experienced and qualified resources to join its asset management team in MumbaiResponsibilities- manage Fund Accounting at Fund and SPV level - manage investor onboarding and KYC through appointed vendors - manage partners of the fund like trustees, custodian, RTA, auditors, tax, law firm, merchant bankers, feeder fund - make and update periodic fund performance to investors and the board of advisors - present investment opportunities to the investment committee along with the Head - Asset Manager of the fund - collaborate with team members to conduct diligence on the SPV companies - manage a team of 2-4 in fund operationsQualifications- CA or Company Law is a must - experience in real estate in India is a must - experience of 7-10+ years above is must - experience in a AIF Category fund is a must
