Role OverviewThe Sr Executive - Marketplace will support day-to-day marketplace operations, listing management, performance tracking, and cross-team coordination to drive growth across Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and quick commerce platforms in the Sports Nutrition, Beauty, and Health & Wellness categories.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations- Assist in managing product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and content optimization on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central - Support execution of campaigns, deals, and launch activities on TikTok Shop and quick commerce platforms - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for stock availabilityPerformance Tracking & Reporting- Track daily/weekly sales performance, KPIs, and marketplace metrics - Maintain dashboards and assist in preparing performance reports - Identify and flag any listing or performance issues for resolutionContent & SEO Support- Help optimize product detail pages (PDPs) with SEO best practices - Ensure compliance with category-specific guidelines and marketplace policies - Collaborate with marketing teams to repurpose influencer content and creativesCross-Functional Collaboration- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and External Partners - Support communication with marketplace account managers and platform support teamsDesired Candidate Profile:Work Experience- 2-4 years of experience in marketplace operations or e-commerce support roles - Experience in Sports Nutrition, Beauty, or Health & Wellness categories - Exposure to Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central operations - Familiarity with TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms preferred - Basic understanding of quick commerce models and platformsSkills & Competencies- Knowledge of e-commerce tools like Shopify, Excel, and basic analytics platforms - Good communication and coordination skills - Detail-oriented and process-driven - Comfortable working with data and reports - Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities - Team player with good interpersonal skills - Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
