WE ARE HIRING | QA/QC MANAGER – HIGHWAY / ROAD PROJECT (40 KM)Location: Gujarat (Project Site)️ Project Type: Road / Highway (Earthwork + GSB/WMM + DBM/BC + Drainage)Job Type: Full-Time⏳ Experience Required: 10-15 YearsJoining: Immediate / 15–30 Days✅ Job Role (Key Responsibilities):• Lead overall QA/QC system for 40 km road project• Ensure compliance with MoRTH / IRC / IS codes & project specifications• Manage site & lab testing for:– Subgrade / embankment compaction– GSB / WMM gradation & density– Prime coat / tack coat– DBM / BC (temperature, gradation, bitumen %, density)• Coordinate with client/PMC for inspections & approvals• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, checklists• Maintain test registers, reports, NCR handling, corrective actions• Monitor asphalt plant quality control & batch consistency• Lead QC team: Lab Engineer, QC Engineers, Technicians, Helpers• Prepare daily/weekly QA reports & documentation for billing supportRequired Skills:✅ Strong knowledge of highway material testing & QA documentation✅ Hands-on experience in field + lab QA/QC✅ Knowledge of pavement layers + bituminous works✅ Ability to handle client audits, inspections & quality meetingsQualification:B.E./B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil) with strong QA/QC exposureSalary: As per experience + industry standardsInterested candidates can share their CV at: info@
