Akanksha is deeply committed to ensuring long-term positive impact by supporting the holistic development of every student.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Finance based in Nagpur. The Associate Finance will have below roles & responsibilities.● Manage vendor payments, staff reimbursements and donation data on a regular basis ● Ensure that supporting documentation for all payments is in order and the same is maintained in an orderly manner for future audits and review ● Maintain an updated and accurate Fixed Asset Register. ● Support in compiling data/ documentation for internal, statutory and donor audits. ● Assist in ensuring timely compliance of TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, GST, etc. ● Support in the finalization of accounts. ● Form16A downloading & ensue distribution to respective departments. ● Work with the team to ensure efficient functioning of the Finance department.Qualifications- Proficiency in Finance, Accounting, and preparing Financial Statements - Strong Analytical Skills for financial calculations, analysis, and problem-solving - Excellent Communication skills for reporting and collaboration - Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is a plus
