Job Description for Project Manager:The position is required to provide Project management as part of technicalSupport for the IT team. The project manager manages projects related to ITplatform (Development, Deploying) to support business growth, to improveservice to clients, and to improve bank operational efficiency. The position isrequired to participate and contribute in all phases planning, requirement, design,testing and implementation of global scope projects plannedRole and Responsibilities:• Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget and scheduleWithout compromising quality.• Oversee and drive projects from initiation to post implementation supportfollowing SDLC and Agile• Bring the project teams together and collaborate closely to deliver theproject/release.• Communication and status reporting to stakeholders and seniormanagement.• Manage change requests.• Working on regular basis with clients & Team.Candidate Must:• 11+ years of experience as IT Project managerProficient in Python, Node.js, React.js, Java, .NET Core, AI/ML applications platforms.• Strong and extensive IT Project Management experience in Frontend Tech andBackend Tech Development.• High level technical understanding of reacAngular & Node/microservices.• Good understanding and knowledge of key web app technologies (Webservices and REST APIs)• Strong strategist and planning skills.• Strong interpersonal skills.• Knowledge of cloud-based application development and cloudinfrastructure• Strong communicator, cross culture exposure and people understanding
