JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNERRole DescriptionWe are looking for Junior Graphic Designers with 0-2 years of experience to be based out of our office in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate is someone with a flair for designing eye-catching visuals that communicate concepts and information in a compelling manner. Candidates who have worked on different brands and creative formats will be preferred.This is an in-office role (5 days a week). Early applicants and immediate joiners will be given preference.Responsibilities- Design a wide range of layouts – brochures, flyers, websites, landing pages, social media posts, case studies, e-books, presentations, facility branding, event branding, infographics, etc. - Work closely with the leadership and content teams to complete deliverables on time - Collaborate with other designers in the team, brainstorm and co-create great work we can be proud ofSkill Sets/Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in graphic design, fine arts or communication design) - 0-2 years of experience in graphic design - Mastery over Photoshop & Illustrator - Understanding of latest design trends, technologies and tools - Ability to create high-impact visuals for both digital and print media - Prior experience in working with creative teams and collaborating across functions - Functional written and spoken communication skills in EnglishAdditional Skills (preferable)- Illustration/Digital art - Multimedia design software (Acrobat, etc.) - Movie-making basics (Premier Pro, After Effects)You will love working with us if- You are highly creative, and love solving problems through design - You are disciplined, responsible and take complete ownership for deliverables - You are process-oriented, pay attention to detail and strive for perfection - You are ambitious, and confident of delivering work of global standards - You are a people person, and can lead in a positive, energetic mannerMost importantly, we value people with strong ethics.
