You will be the primary point of contact between external design architects, our Project Management Consultants (PMC), and site execution teams. This role requires a blend of creative design capability, rigorous technical validation, and a thorough understanding of local regulatory frameworks (HMDA/DTCP).Key Responsibilities- Design Coordination: Act as the internal liaison with external project architects to ensure designs align with company vision, timelines, and budgets. - Estimation & Cost Control: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and rigorously validate cost estimations received from vendors and contractors. - Technical Drafting: Prepare and modify CAD drawings for internal reviews, site adjustments, and marketing collateral. - Conceptual Design: Create preliminary layouts and building concepts for new land parcels to evaluate project feasibility. - Liaison & Approvals: Prepare, organize, and manage technical documentation and drawing sets for submission to HMDA and DTCP authorities. - Site & Review Leadership: Conduct weekly design-compliance reviews with the PMC and site teams to ensure what is built matches the approved drawings.Required Qualifications- Education: B.Arch from a recognized institution. - Software Proficiency: Expert level in AutoCAD and MS Excel (for BOQs). Experience with Revit, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software is a strong plus. - Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Hyderabad/Telangana building bylaws and the HMDA/DTCP approval process. - Analytical Skills: Ability to spot discrepancies in vendor quotes and material specifications. - Communication: Strong professional presence to lead reviews and coordinate with senior external consultants.
