This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner - Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers - Support the team in improving customer service processes and service quality - Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Required Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities - Patient, positive, and detail-oriented attitude - Prior customer service experience is an added advantage - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus - Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalentSalary & Benefits- CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month - Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per weekPerks & Facilities- Complimentary meals during shifts - Cab facility available between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM - Temporary accommodation provided for 5 days for relocated candidates - Travel tickets provided from your location to AhmedabadJob Type- Full-timeContact:HR Team – Simran8618208176
