Job SummarySr. Manager RPA will be responsible for setting up and managing the RPA technology teams. This is a leadership role responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the RPA practice. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of RPA technology solutions that support Retirement Services & Employee Benefits for technology and business operations.This role involves stakeholder management, leading technology teams and drive strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a RPA strategy that aligns with the overall business goals of the Retirement Services & Employee Benefits division. - Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and increase efficiency. - System Development & Maintenance: Direct the design, development, and maintenance of RPA solutions. - Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational performance and business outcomes delivered to senior management and stakeholders. - Leadership: Lead and manage a team of RPA professionals. - Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaboration: Work closely with business operations, technology and other stakeholders to understand and support their needs to deliver appropriate solutions.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/information technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred. - Experience: At least 15 years of experience in RPA using UIPath products and solutions.- Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - In-depth knowledge of UI Path RPA solutions. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in automation, and software development methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
