About GridZeroGridZero is a fast-growing Solar EPC startup dedicated to accelerating the adoption of clean energy in the residential sector. We specialize in high-quality Residential Rooftop Solar installations. We are seeking a hands-on manager who can lead projects from the initial client meeting to final commissioning and net metering.Key Responsibilities:- Residential Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential rooftop solar projects (typically 3kW to 20kW+), ensuring speed and quality. - Design & Engineering: Create accurate shadow analysis and system designs using AutoCAD and Helioscope to maximize generation for homeowners. - Government Liaisoning: Handle the entire Net Metering process. You will be the primary point of contact for DISCOM approvals, feasibility checks, and subsidy documentation (PM Surya Ghar). - Procurement & Vendor Management: Source high-quality solar modules, inverters, and BOS components; negotiate pricing with vendors to maintain project margins. - Site Execution: Supervise installation teams on-site to ensure safety, structural integrity, and zero-defect workmanship. - Client Coordination: Act as the technical face of GridZero for customers, explaining system performance and resolving technical queries during the installation process.Candidate Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in Solar EPC, with a strong portfolio of residential or small commercial projects. - Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - Technical Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, Helioscope, and Solar Design. - Liaisoning Expert: Proven ability to navigate electricity department paperwork and get meters installed quickly. - Ownership: Ability to work independently in a startup environment—handling design, purchasing, and site management simultaneously.How to Apply:Send your CV and a brief cover letter to sarvesh@
