The role involves direct B2B sales, tender-based Government sales, client relationship management, and revenue generation through both private and public sector channels.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate / Government B2B Sales- cold calling and lead generation Identify, develop, and close business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms. - Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. - Pan India travelling for Product Demonstration. - know how to use CRM SoftwareGovernment / Institutional Sales- Develop business with Government departments, PSUs, and Semi-Government organizations. - Handle GeM Portal activities including product listing, bid participation, BOQ, and order execution. - Track and participate in tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and e-procurement portals (CPP, State & PSU portals). - Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents in coordination with internal teams. - Ensure compliance with tender terms including EMD, PBG, certifications, and statutory requirements. - Coordinate with operations and service teams for delivery, installation, and commissioning.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes (Corporate & Government). - Working knowledge of Government procurement systems and GeM Portal. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts, tenders, and deadlines. - Good documentation, compliance, and follow-up skills. - Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, including exposure to Government / Institutional sales. - Experience in IT, hardware, software, machines, industrial equipment, or services is an advantage.(Raj / HR Manager)or send me your cv hr.simbott4996@
