Then let’s talk.We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test (SDET)A highly skilled and hands-on quality engineer who takes ownership of test strategy and automation across the product lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our document-based applications, working closely with engineering and product teams to ship world-class software.You’ll make a difference by:Defining and owning end-to-end test strategies for complex, product-based systems.Designing detailed test scenarios and test cases from business, functional, and technical requirements.Testing document-centric applications involving PDFs, scanned documents, metadata, workflows, validations, and integrations.Performing functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing to ensure high product quality.Building, maintaining, and scaling automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing including AI performance measurements.Automating test coverage using tools such as Selenium, or similar frameworks.Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.Mentoring junior engineers and promoting a strong quality-engineering culture across the team.Continuously improving test processes, tools, metrics, and overall test effectiveness.You’ll win us over by:Having 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering, with a strong SDET focus.Possessing solid knowledge of STLC, test design techniques, and defect management.Demonstrating hands-on experience with test automation for web and API layers.Being proficient in Java / python programming languageSolid experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent.Strong API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.Experience testing document-based or content-driven applications (PDFs, OCR, document workflows, validation rules, search, indexing, etc.).Understanding CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and modern DevOps practices.Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a quality-first, product-oriented mindset.A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.Interested:Apply here via Linkedin.Contact: Dr. Pankaj Gupta
