Role OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Technical IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex, infrastructure-focused initiatives across enterprise IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on technical understanding, and a proven track record delivering data centre and secure infrastructure programmes.This is a remote role, with occasional travel to Switzerland (typically 1–2 weeks per year).Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and reportingManage and coordinate third-party vendors and systems integrators, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standardsAct as the primary point of coordination between infrastructure, network, security, and OT stakeholdersDrive data centre migration, consolidation, and optimisation initiativesOversee projects involving networks, servers, and core infrastructure platformsDeliver initiatives within OT / industrial environments while aligning with operational and production constraintsApply Secure Factory Design principles and Zero Trust security concepts throughout project deliveryCommunicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple geographiesProgramme ContextData Centre Move – SwitzerlandSecure Factories – OT ImplementationRequired Experience & Skills5–10+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager delivering infrastructure-led programmesStrong background in infrastructure, networks, and server environmentsProven experience delivering data centre migrations and optimisation initiativesComfortable working within or alongside OT infrastructure environmentsSolid understanding of Zero Trust security models and secure-by-design principlesStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsExtensive experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partnersAbility to work independently within a remote delivery model
