Anyone can speak to anyone in the organisation.About the Role: The Graphic Designer will be part of Ample’s Marketing Communications team and will play a key role in shaping how our brands show up across touchpoints. The role focuses on translating brand strategy and communication briefs into strong, consistent, and effective visual outputs. You will work across multiple business verticals within the group - Retail, Enterprise, Internal Communication, Corporate and our in-house brands —supporting campaigns, launches, and always-on communication. The role requires a balance of creative thinking, execution excellence, and ownership, with a strong focus on quality and consistency at scale.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end visual execution across marketing touchpoints—social media, digital ads, emailers, presentations, and in-store collateralsUphold brand consistency across all outputs and take clear ownership of the final creative qualityPartner closely with brand managers, content writers, and the creative lead to translate briefs into effective, on-brand visual solutionsAct as a custodian of brand guidelines, ensuring high design standards across campaigns and always-on communicationManage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering consistently within timelinesInterpret feedback thoughtfully, iterate with intent, and improve creative outcomes through each revisionLead execution during high-intensity phases such as launches, sales, and large-scale campaignsMaintain strong design hygiene—file structuring, version control, and final artwork readiness for deploymentDesired Profile:Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with the ability to deliver polished outputs across formatsSound design fundamentals with a strong grasp of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchyHands-on experience designing for both digital and print touchpoints, with an understanding of medium-specific requirementsAbility to manage high-volume execution across multiple brands while maintaining consistency and qualityExposure to motion or video design tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantageExperience in fast-paced environments such as retail, lifestyle, or agenciesWorking knowledge of social media formats, platform constraints, and performance-led creativesUnderstanding of campaign-led marketing and large-scale launchesStrong ownership mindset with attention to detail and end-to-end accountabilityComfortable receiving feedback, refining work, and improving creative outcomes through iterationCollaborative in approach and effective in working with cross-functional teamsDependable, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
