We take pride in being a company where innovation meets integrity.Job Title: Senior Technical Sales EngineerJob Location: BengaluruRoles & Responsibilities:Drive regional business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities with OEMs, end users, system integrators, traders, and consultants.Strategically plan and execute activities to increase market penetration and product adoption.Participate actively in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events in Karnataka Region as directed by the Sales Manager, ensuring strong brand visibility.Strengthen and maintain long term customer relationships by providing technical support, recommending suitable solutions, and overseeing product trials.Ensure customer issues are addressed promptly while maintaining high service quality standards.Analyse industrial market trends to enhance product positioning and acceptance, including conducting and supervising trials on OEM machines or panels.Manage and support dealer and trader networks within the assigned region, ensuring effective communication, and effective market coverage.Lead efforts to obtain product approvals in private consultant spaces and government organizations, ensuring compliance with required standards and documentation.Work closely with the design and product development teams by recommending upgrades, improvements, or new product ideas based on industry insights and customer feedback.Stay updated on emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to identify potential product opportunities.Prepare and submit accurate periodic sales reports summarizing client visits, market feedback, opportunities, and key insights.We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in sales of Process Instruments and Automation. Strong understanding of business and sales processes, excellent networking and presentation skills, ability to develop positive relationships, effective communication, as well as a self-starter mentality and good teamwork, are essential.
