We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager based in India with a proven track record in driving measurable growth, executing multi-channel strategies, and elevating brand presence for global markets.This role is ideal for an experienced, metrics-driven marketing professional capable of scaling campaigns, optimizing SEO/SEM, managing cross-platform content, and driving meaningful results in a fast-growing CE organization.Only experienced candidates (minimum 5 years) will be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global, multi-channel digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC, display ads, and organic content.Manage APRN WORLD’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and region-specific channels.Lead advanced SEO initiatives including keyword strategy, on-page/off-page optimization, link-building, and technical SEO.Plan and deliver high-performing advertising campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring measurable ROI.Create compelling content assets including graphics, infographics, landing pages, animated visuals, and short-form videos.Conduct analytics-driven decision-making using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and performance dashboards.Support global marketing for CE programs, textbooks, simulation modules, and specialty clinical courses.Collaborate with internal teams (Education, Tech, Operations, Creative) to maintain brand consistency and elevate global positioning.Manage A/B testing, conversion optimization, and audience segmentation workflows.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of digital marketing experience from a reputable firm (preferably healthcare, ed-tech, e-learning, or professional education).Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and campaign optimization.Proven track record of achieving measurable results in traffic, conversions, and ROI.Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent).Ability to manage multiple channels, campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional collaborations.Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to translate complex clinical/technical content into effective marketing messaging.Preferred QualificationsExperience marketing clinical education, healthcare products, or global CE/CPD programs.Familiarity with Amazon KDP optimizations, LMS ecosystems, and e-learning funnels.Experience with CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent).Ability to work occasional U.S.-aligned hours for team meetings or launches.Compensation & PerformanceMonthly Salary: ₹30,000–₹70,000 INR (commensurate with experience and capability).Quarterly bonus tied to clear KPIs (lead generation, conversion metrics, campaign performance, revenue contribution).Opportunities for growth within an expanding global CE organization.About APRN WORLDAPRN WORLD LLC is a U.S.-based, ANCC-accredited, ISO-certified global provider of continuing education for nurses, APRNs, and allied health professionals.
