We work with individual house owners and plot owners, delivering transparent pricing, quality execution, and a structured construction process from planning to handover.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Construction Sales Executive (B2C) based in Bengaluru.The role involves handling residential construction enquiries from house owners and plot owners, explaining Tvaste’s construction process, scope of work, quality standards, and cost positioning, and driving clients from enquiry to agreement signing.This is a client-facing, target-oriented role focused on site visits, follow-ups, objection handling, and conversion. This is not a property brokerage role.This role requires comfort with frequent client calls, follow-ups, and site visits.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound residential construction leads (plot owners / house owners)Understand client requirements and explain construction process, scope of work, quality standards, and overall pricing logicConduct structured follow-ups and convert enquiries into site visitsCoordinate and attend site visits with clientsAddress budget concerns, price comparisons, and client objections confidentlyDrive discussions towards agreement finalisation and advance collectionCoordinate with internal teams during the pre-construction stageQualifications & ExperienceStrong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skillsFluent in Kannada and English (mandatory)Prior client-facing experience in residential construction or interiors is strongly preferredComfortable working in a target-driven, performance-linked roleBasic understanding of construction concepts such as materials, stages, and costingDiploma or BE Civil preferred but not mandatory for the right communicatorCompensationFixed salary of ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per monthPerformance-linked incentives based on successful project conversionsImportant NoteThis role is not for real estate brokers or pure property sales professionals.This position focuses on residential construction consultation, site visits, and closure.
