This role will focus on driving business growth, managing key accounts, and supporting commercial strategies to optimize revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen commercial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.Key responsibilities:Support the commercial team in planning and executing business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Manage day-to-day operations for assigned categories or accounts, including pricing, promotions, and product assortment.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Analyze sales performance, generate insights, and recommend actionable strategies to optimize commercial performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Assist in contract negotiations, commercial agreements, and performance reviews with partners.Support ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with commercial tools/ERP systems is a plus.
