PURPOSE/SUMMARYThe HR Master Data, Security & Process Governance Specialist manages the integrity and security of HR master data while ensuring process governance across HR systems and workflows. The role maintains data quality standards, supports user access controls, and ensures compliance with data privacy regulations. It collaborates with Process Owners to align processes with governance frameworks, enabling consistent, secure, and compliant HR operations while supporting global and local business needs.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of HR master data across global systems, driving continuous improvement in data management practices.Manage and monitor user access controls and security configurations in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy, audit, and security requirements.Develop, maintain, and enhance HR process governance frameworks, aligning global standards with regional and local compliance needs.Lead data and security incident management, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.Support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements to improve data quality, security, and process effectiveness across HR operations.Collaborate with HR Process Owners, IT, and Data Privacy teams to align process, data, and security priorities with business and compliance objectives.COMPETENCIESData Accuracy and Quality: Ensures high standards of data integrity and proactively identifies and corrects inconsistencies.Process Governance: Applies structured approaches to maintain and improve HR process controls, documentation, and compliance.Technical Acumen: Understands HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and data security concepts, enabling effective system governance.Risk and Compliance Awareness: Applies data privacy, security, and audit requirements to HR processes confidently and pragmatically.Analytical Thinking: Uses data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively partners with HR, IT, and compliance teams across regions to align priorities and drive improvements.Problem-Solving: Anticipates potential issues, proposes solutions, and implements sustainable improvements.Communication: Clearly conveys technical and process information to non-technical stakeholders.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONEducation: Bachelor/Master in Business Economics or comparableExperience: 5 years professional experienceSkills:Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HR) and data management concepts.Knowledge of data privacy and security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, role-based access management).Ability to analyze and interpret data, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.Skills in process documentation, mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma advantageous).Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes under deadlines.Clear, structured communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Collaboration skills to engage with HR, IT, and compliance stakeholders across regions
