We’re looking for a Growth Management professional who can own, grow, and scale top enterprise and SME accounts while driving sustained revenue growth. The ideal candidate will build deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, identify new opportunities within existing accounts, and position value-driven SaaS solutions aligned to client business goals. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, articulate compelling value propositions, and establish long-term partnerships. What will you do: Own, manage and grow top accounts and be responsible for driving revenue from existing accounts - strategically selling various propositions to the prospects in a consultative manner. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand specific opportunities, leads, and engagements. Cultivate new relationships in the client org by discovering and connecting with respective stakeholders. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to target appropriate accounts. Identify specific prospects to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and establish long-term, successful partnerships. Create value added demonstration and pitches to expand accounts Developing and maintaining prospects and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads. Who you are: 3-5+ years of SaaS Enterprise Sales and /or Account Management experience with large Fortune 500 enterprise accounts with proven ability to hunt for new opportunities within accounts. Ability to manage long sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders to sell solutions comprising products and services. Grown and Expanded accounts by identifying champions, creating relationship matrix, understand company strategic objective align with asana offerings and value-added exercises Ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and resolve customer objections Documented success in Enterprise SaaS ecosystem in Martech or CX vertical with experience in B2B sales, consultative sales processes in large complex prospect organizations. Strong understanding of current digital ad technologies and online marketing including display advertising, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Social, Email Marketing and data solutions. Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual targets. Value-based solution selling ability and understanding of ROI and cost/benefit analysis. What’s in it for you?
