Your RoleWork on design, development, configuration, and support of IBM Case Manager (ICM) / Advanced Case Manager solutions.Develop and customize components in IBM Content Navigator (ICN) including plugins, features, menus, and desktop configurations.Implement and support IBM FileNet (CE/PE) solutions including workflows, metadata models, security, and repository configurations.Develop custom widgets, extensions, and UI enhancements using DOJO and IBM Case Manager customization frameworks.Build and consume integrations using REST and SOAP (WSDL) Webservices, ensuring secure and reliable communication with enterprise systems.Your ProfileMinimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in IBM Case Manager / Advanced Case Manager IBM Content Navigator/IBM FileNet (Content Engine / Process Engine)Strong understanding of Case Manager solution development, workflows, security, and content management concepts.Experience in designing and implementing FileNet object stores, classes, properties, and workflows.Good understanding of ICN plugin development and customizations.Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP WSDL Webservices.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across ICM, ICN, and FileNet environments.What Will You Love About Working at Capgemini?Opportunity to work on large‑scale ECM/Case Management transformation projects.Exposure to global clients and complex business process automation solutions.Structured learning programs, certifications, and continuous skill development.Collaborative, technology‑driven environment focused on excellence and innovation.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
