Implement row access policies, dynamic masking, tagging, data classifications, cross‑account sharing, replication, failover, and business continuity.Identity, Security & Compliance: Integrate SSO/IAM (Azure AD/Okta), manage network policies, OAuth, key rotation, resource monitors, and account usage monitoring. Partner with InfoSec to meet audit, data residency, and regulatory requirements (PII/PHI).Performance & Cost Optimization: Right‑size warehouses, implement scaling and concurrency controls, tune queries (clustering, pruning, micro‑partitioning), and maintain materialized views/dynamic tables. Govern compute/storage spend via tagging, auto‑suspend/resume, workload isolation, and reporting.Data Engineering Operations: Operate and optimize Snowpipe/auto‑ingest, Tasks, Streams, and bulk loads. Troubleshoot ingestion/backfill issues. Support Snowpark, UDFs, and CI/CD deployment patterns. Maintain observability dashboards and SLA monitoring.Automation & Platform Reliability: Implement IaC using Terraform/YAML, GitOps workflows, secrets management, and change controls.
