Job Description

Role Overview The role sits within theCorporate Rewards functionand reports into SAVP for Reward Analytics & Reporting by delivering analytical, operational, and advisory reward support. The role is not country‑specific and contributes to regional and corporate reward initiatives, while responding to general employee compensation queries and supporting broader HR and business decision‑making.Key Responsibilities Compensation & Incentives Support Support the Corporate Rewards team in the administration and governance of short‑term incentive (STI) programs, including bonuses, pay‑for‑performance, and sales commission frameworks. Assist with the interpretation and application of global reward principles across regions, ensuring consistency and compliance. Support the Head of Reward for UK, Europe, Ireland and South Africa on any compensation matters requiring support Provide compensation support for promotions, market adjustments, geographic mobility cases, and other ad‑hoc compensation‑related requests. Benchmarking & Market Analysis Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking activities, including regular industry and forum‑level surveys. Analyze market data and prepare reports and insights to inform compensation decisions. Support the development of monthly and quarterly dashboards, analytics, and reporting for leadership review. Hiring Ranges & Job Pricing Collaborate with Recruitment, HR Business Partners, and the Rewards team to develop and maintain competitive hiring ranges aligned to market data and internal job architecture. Support job pricing and evaluation activities in partnership with Corporate Rewards and Finance teams. Employee Value Proposition & Benefits Projects Contribute to reward‑related projects, including employee benefits and incentive initiatives that support the overall Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Assist with reviewing benefit competitiveness and cost‑effectiveness as part of broader reward reviews or initiatives. DEI & Pay Equity Support Support the Corporate Rewards team with pay equity, gender pay gap, and DEI analyses, assisting in data preparation, reporting, and insight development. HR Budget & Financial Support Support the HR Compensation & Benefits team with monthly HR budget tracking, including headcount analysis and expense monitoring. Assist in reviewing cost allocations, identifying variances, and supporting stakeholders in understanding spend patterns. Contribute to the annual HR budget planning process by collating inputs, preparing analyses, and partnering with Finance and Controllership teams on alignment. Support ongoing forecasting activities, helping track expenditure against budget and highlighting variances for review. Data, Reporting & Systems Maintain and manage compensation and benefits data across internal and external systems, supporting data accuracy and resolving discrepancies in partnership with HR Shared Services. Prepare compensation reports and data analyses to support informed decision‑making by HR and business stakeholders. Collaborate with HRIS, HR Shared Services, and related teams to ensure effective administration of reward systems. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Finance, and other stakeholders to respond to compensation‑related queries and requests. Support cross‑functional collaboration on reward‑related initiatives and help resolve employee compensation matters as needed.Role Level Clarification This is an intermediate specialist role, focused on execution, analytics, and advisory support. The role does not carry people‑management responsibility but requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management.
