Thorough understanding ofproject specificationsandprequalification documents. Comprehensive understanding oflabor, material, equipment, and overhead costs. In-depth knowledge of theproject lifecycle, cost breakdowns, and budgeting. Awareness ofbuilding codes, façade performance standards, and international pricing norms. Strong understanding offabrication processesandsite installation proceduresincluding equipment, timelines, and their impact on costs. Advanced skills inmaterial selectionwith a deep understanding of lifecycle processes from estimation to handover. Skills: Software Proficiency : Expertise in estimation tools/software likeAutoCADand Excel-based estimation templates. Ability toread and interpret complex design, shop, and fabrication drawings. Strongleadership and team managementcapabilities, mentoring junior team members for consistency and quality. Strategic thinker with experience incost optimizationandvalue engineeringwithout compromising on quality. Advancedanalytical and negotiation skillsto manage vendors, stakeholders, and complex project requirements. Ability to prepare and presentcost analyses, recommendations, and reportsto senior management and clients.
