The Content & Performance Coach will guide individuals and teams in achieving personal and professional goals through structured coaching and training programs. Daily responsibilities include delivering impactful coaching sessions, monitoring progress, building effective training plans, and enhancing performance outcomes in alignment with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities 1. Content Strategy & DevelopmentConceptualize, design, and deliver structured enablement content aligned to business, sales, and technical objectives.Create engaging assets such as presentations, playbooks, frameworks, case studies, assessments, and capstone materials.Translate complex technical and commercial concepts into practical, learner-friendly content.Ensure consistency, quality, and relevance across all content assets.2. Coaching & Capability BuildingDeliver individual and group coaching sessions to drive skill application and performance improvement.Act as a coach across learning journeys, performance circuits, and capstone programs.Guide participants in applying concepts to real business scenarios, live pipelines, and customer engagements.Track progress, provide feedback, and actively support capability closure.3. Partner & Sales EnablementEnable internal sales teams and external partners to improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and deal velocity.Collaborate closely with Partner Management, Marketing, and Business Leaders to ensure alignment between content, coaching, and revenue goals.4. Digital Enablement & Learning DeliverySupport digital learning formats including virtual sessions, micro-learning, recorded modules, and blended learning journeys.Facilitate workshops, reviews, and application sessions using developed content.Ensure learning effectiveness through engagement, reinforcement, follow-through, and measurement.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong content creation, structuring, and storytelling capability. Hands-on coaching and facilitation skills. Strong business and techno-commercial understanding. Ability to influence, guide, and challenge participants constructively. High ownership, execution discipline, and a /"plug-and-play/" mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
