The ideal candidate should have strong exposure toFinance, Supply Chain Management, and Production , along with solidtechnical knowledge of edible oil manufacturing processes .Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overallplant operationsfor the Edible Oils business OverseeProduction, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercialfunctions Driveprofitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency Review and analyzefinancial performance, budgets, and MIS reports Ensure smooth functioning ofprocurement, inventory, and logistics Implement best practices inproduction planning and process control Ensurestatutory, safety, and quality compliance Lead, mentor, and developcross-functional teams Coordinate with senior management and contribute tostrategic decisions MonitorKPIsand ensure achievement of business targetsRequired Experience & Skills 10–15 years of total experience, includingminimum 5 years in a senior/leadership role Strong working knowledge of theEdible Oils industry and production processes Hands-on experience inFinance, Costing, and P&L management Proven expertise inSupply Chain Management(procurement, warehousing, logistics) Experience managinglarge teams and multi-department operations Excellentleadership, analytical, and communicationskills Strongproblem-solving and decision-makingabilityEducational Qualification Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Food Technology, Business Management, or a related field MBA/Advanced Management qualificationwill be an added advantage
