ABOUT THE ROLE Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Flexible Location We are looking for a reliable, friendly, fast learning applicant to join our Stock Management Team. You will be working alongside a team of Stock Management specialists who are responsible for reviewing all stock nationally, ensuring stock is being managed and rectified in a timely manner to get assets back to sale as fast as possible. This role ensures compliance with legislative requirements, enables coordination between different states, and contributes to the integrity of vehicle history records across Australia. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position and the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment. This position is working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. In this role your key responsibilities would include:  Generate reports daily to review the current status of stock onsite nationwide, including a monthly report for stakeholders  Identify what is stopping assets from going to sale and problem solves  Consult with the Business Units, Sales Agents and centralised teams nationwide to make sure stock which is on hold can have issues resolved, and is released and proposed for sale in a timely manner  Proactively manage stock on site including encumbered and long-term vehicles, ensuring vendors are communicated with regularly and complex issues relating to stock are resolved  Review and manage oldest day stock with a release status onsite and updates the notes against the stock  Problem solves and investigates issues relating to the above ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:  Experience using Outlook, Microsoft Excel and other IT based systems at a proficient level  Demonstrated experience in data entry, auditing, or regulatory compliance.  Experience working with government or inter-agency systems is highly desirable.  Exposure to national coordination or working across multiple software platforms is beneficial.  Knowledge of vehicle assessment and insurance industry practices.
