We are seeking motivated Skilled Workers in Construction Technology to work in Austria. Age: up to 48 years Working hours: 38.5 per week (shift flexibility required) Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 gross/year Responsibilities: Perform standardized technical tasks in track superstructure & civil engineering Support inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work Participate in winter service and major reconstruction projects Carry out welding work in track/civil engineering areas Operate rail vehicles when required Prepare materials/equipment and maintain technical records Requirements Completed apprenticeship/technical college certificate or equivalent (for training completed outside Austria) German language proficiency at B2 CEFR level Valid driving license B (mandatory from day one) Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and outdoors in all weather conditions Successful completion of psychological aptitude & physical fitness tests (EU & TU2) Benefits Competitive Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 gross/year Full Reimbursement: 100% coverage of migration costs & German language learning expenses Accommodation Support: Assistance in finding suitable housing Work Visa: 2‑year validity, renewable by client   Family Visa: Opportunity to bring family and settle together   Permanent Residence Pathway: Eligible after 5 years Stable Career Opportunity: Secure, non‑contractual role with long‑term settlement prospects in Austria
