We provide painting maintenance solutions to projects across the country, varying from heritage listed buildings to schools, aged care facilities and commercial buildings. Reporting to the Melbourne Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of multiple commercial repaint and maintenance projects (at varying stages and complexity) across the region, so regular travel is required. o You must be a trade qualified painter who ideally has commercial painting experience and can: Assess budgeted hours and costs at tender stage Ensure a high level of safety and quality compliance Negotiate contract terms with subcontractors and suppliers Monitor on site performance. Ensure client satisfaction through high levels of verbal and written communication.
