Job DescriptionExperience Required: 10+ years in software development and technical deliveryKey ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Architecture- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable applications across cloud-native architectures - Drive technical decision-making for architecture patterns, technology stack selection, and implementation approaches - Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and technical best practices across delivery teams - Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability - Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to client solutionsAI-Powered Application Development- RAG Systems & AI Agents: Lead the design and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for building intelligent AI agents and conversational systems - LLM Integration & Fine-tuning: Architect solutions leveraging existing LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source models) with custom training data and domain-specific fine-tuning - Natural Language Processing: Build robust natural language search capabilities, semantic search engines, and text understanding systems - AI Feature Development: Design and implement AI-powered features including: - Intelligent document processing and information extraction - Conversational interfaces and chatbots with context awareness - Content generation and summarization systems - Recommendation engines and personalization capabilities - Automated classification and categorization systems - Vector Databases & Embeddings: Architect scalable vector storage solutions and embedding strategies for semantic search and similarity matching - Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Establish best practices for prompt design, chain-of-thought reasoning, and output quality optimization - AI Application Architecture: Design scalable, production-grade AI systems including: - Model selection and evaluation frameworks - Context management and memory systems for AI agents - Real-time inference optimization and caching strategies - Cost optimization for API-based LLM usage - Error handling and fallback mechanisms - Responsible AI Implementation: Ensure AI safety practices including content filtering, bias mitigation, hallucination detection, and ethical AI usageCloud Platform Expertise- Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Drive cloud architecture decisions including microservices, containerization, and serverless patterns - Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, cost-efficiency, and security with particular focus on AI workload requirements - Architect data pipelines and storage solutions supporting AI/ML workflows - Lead cloud migration and modernization initiativesDelivery Management- Own end-to-end technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects - Collaborate with Project Managers and PMO to ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and budget compliance - Manage technical risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively - Drive sprint planning, execution monitoring, and release management processes - Ensure delivery processes align with PMO governance frameworks across fixed budget and T&M engagement modelsTeam Development & Mentoring- Build and mentor high-performing technical teams with emerging AI/ML capabilities - Conduct technical assessments and identify skill development opportunities - Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence - Lead knowledge sharing on AI best practices and emerging patternsStakeholder Management- Engage with clients as a trusted technical advisor and thought leader in AI solutions - Translate complex technical concepts (especially AI capabilities and limitations) into business value for stakeholders - Participate in presales activities including AI solution design and effort estimation - Build strong relationships across internal teams, clients, and third-party vendorsRequired QualificationsCore Technical Skills- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and technical delivery - Deep expertise in building complex, scalable, enterprise-grade applications - Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including: - Cloud-native architecture patterns (microservices, serverless, event-driven) - Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) - Cloud security and compliance frameworks - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates) - Proficiency in modern technology stacks and programming languages (Python strongly preferred for AI workloads) - Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and automation - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery frameworksAI/ML Specific Skills (Critical)- RAG Architecture: Proven experience building RAG-based systems and intelligent agents with retrieval mechanisms - LLM Implementation: Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar) and open-source alternatives - Fine-tuning & Training: Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models on custom datasets using techniques like LoRA, full fine-tuning, or RLHF - Vector Databases: Practical experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, pgvector, or similar) for semantic search - Embedding Models: Understanding of embedding generation, model selection, and optimization strategies - Natural Language Processing: Strong background in NLP techniques including: - Semantic search and information retrieval - Text classification and named entity recognition - Sentiment analysis and intent detection - Document processing and chunking strategies - AI Application Patterns: Experience implementing: - Conversational AI and chatbot architectures - Context management and conversation history handling - Multi-turn dialogue systems - Agent-based architectures with tool usage - Guardrails and content filtering - Prompt Engineering: Expertise in designing effective prompts, managing context windows, and optimizing LLM responses - AI Tools & Frameworks: Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworksPreferred Qualifications- Experience working across diverse business models (fixed budget projects, T&M engagements) - Cloud platform certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) - Experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Falcon) and local deployment strategies - Knowledge of AI/ML model evaluation metrics and quality assurance approaches - Experience with real-time streaming applications and websocket implementations for AI chat interfaces - Background in setting up delivery practices and technical governance frameworks -
