Job Title: Delivery Manager – IT StaffingLocation: GurugramWork Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)Experience: 6–12 YearsIndustry: IT Staffing (Domestic)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong exposure in Domestic IT Staffing and proven team handling capabilities. The role involves managing delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance across multiple IT requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to ensure timely and quality deliveries - Handle end-to-end delivery for Domestic IT Staffing (C2H / Permanent) - Act as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure SLA adherence - Plan, allocate, and track requirements across the team - Monitor team performance, productivity, and closures - Conduct daily/weekly reviews, mentoring, and performance improvements - Resolve delivery challenges, escalations, and client issues - Ensure compliance, documentation, and MIS reporting - Drive process improvements and best recruitment practicesRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing - Mandatory team handling / people management experience - Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills - Good understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market trends - Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities - Graduation mandatory (MBA/HR preferred)What We Offer:- Leadership role with high ownership - Stable work environment and growth opportunities - Competitive compensation with performance incentives
