Experience- 4 to 12 yearsSolution Design & Implementation:- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR) solutions. - Define system architecture and ensure seamless integration with ERP (SAP, Oracle), APS, and other supply chain systems. - Work with business teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into Kinaxis RR configurations and enhancements. - Implement best practices in demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and scenario simulation.Technical Leadership & Development:- Guide and mentor Kinaxis developers, solution consultants, and cross-functional teams. - Oversee technical developments in Rapid Response Scripting (RRS), Worksheets, Dashboards, and Analytics. - Ensure high-quality data modelling, calculations, and custom logic for supply chain processes. - Optimize performance tuning, automation, and real-time analytics in Kinaxis RR.Integration & Process Optimization:- Manage integrations between Kinaxis RR and ERP, WMS, TMS, and external data sources. - Drive automation, real-time collaboration, and AI-driven insights for supply chain decision-making. - Improve master data governance, reporting, and KPI tracking.Project & Stakeholder Management:- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Kinaxis RR projects. - Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation. - Lead change management, training, and user adoption strategies for Kinaxis solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in IT or supply chain technology, with 4+ years in Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation. - Strong knowledge of Kinaxis RR architecture, configurations, and modules (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Control Tower). - Hands-on experience with Rapid Response Scripting (RRS), Data Integration, and Scenario Management. - Kinaxis Rapid Response certifications is a must have. - Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, JDA, or other ERP/APS solutions. - Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs for data modelling and automation. - Knowledge of supply chain processes, planning methodologies, and industry best practices. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with AI/ML-driven forecasting and analytics in Kinaxis. - Knowledge of cloud-based supply chain solutions and real-time collaboration tools.
