Job Title: Project Engineer – CivilLocation: Gujarat, IndiaIndustry Preference: Textile Process House / Garment Fabrication UnitsRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Civil to manage and execute civil engineering projects related to industrial infrastructure, plant construction, and fabrication facilities. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, timelines, and cost objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and supervise civil construction activities for process industries and fabrication units.Manage industrial civil works including foundations, structures, buildings, roads, drains, and utilities.Prepare project execution plans, BOQs, estimates, budgets, and schedules.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory norms, and safety standards.Monitor site progress, quality control, and contractor performance.Review and certify contractor bills, measurements, and variations.Identify project risks, resolve site-related issues, and ensure timely completion.Provide regular progress reports and MIS updates to project leadership.Support plant expansion, modernization, and infrastructure improvement initiativesCandidate ProfileQualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil EngineeringExperience: 12–15 years of relevant experience in industrial construction projectsIndustry Exposure: Process Industries / Fabrication Units / Industrial ConstructionStrong hands-on exposure to industrial civil works and contractor management.Sound knowledge of safety, quality systems, and statutory compliances.Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.CompensationBest in industry based on experience & Competency.Why Join Us?Lead large-scale industrial infrastructure projectsWork in a professionally managed and growth-focused organizationOpportunity to contribute to high-impact plant expansion initiatives
