Position Details- Job Title: Manager – IT (Mobile Applications) - Department / Function: Technology - Reporting To: Senior Manager – IT - Location: Noida - Employment Type: Full-TimeJob PurposeTo lead and manage end-to-end mobile application development initiatives for digital lending and financial services platforms. The role will drive mobile innovation, ensure secure and scalable app architecture, and support the company’s digital transformation objectives in the FinTech domain.Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities- Lead the complete mobile app development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. - Define and implement scalable, secure architecture using React Native for cross-platform (Android & iOS) applications. - Collaborate with backend, product, security, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence (RBI, DPDP, PCI-DSS). - Oversee development, optimization, and performance tuning of mobile applications. - Implement state management using Redux / Context API. - Integrate third-party SDKs (Payments, Analytics, Video KYC, CPV). - Manage App Store and Play Store deployments and compliance processes. - Implement automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Cypress). - Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews for the mobile development team.Required Skills & Technical Expertise- Front-End / Mobile: React Native, React.js, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+) - Testing Tools: Jest, Detox, Enzyme, Cypress - Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON, Axios - CI/CD: Fastlane, Bitrise, Jenkins, GitHub Actions - Version Control: Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket) - Monitoring & Analytics: Firebase, App Center, Crashlytics, Sentry - Native Exposure: Swift, Kotlin, Java - UI/UX: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards - Backend Exposure: Java / Spring Boot, Node.js, .NET (preferred)Domain & Functional Experience- Experience in NBFC / Banking / FinTech with customer-facing mobile apps. - Strong understanding of digital lending workflows (KYC, EMI, repayments). - Hands-on experience with Payment Gateways, Video KYC, CPV, Analytics SDKs. - Knowledge of secure mobile app development (encryption, token-based authentication, obfuscation). - Familiarity with feature toggles, Firebase Remote Config, App Center.Educational Qualifications- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.If the above Job description is of your interest do share resume along with your LWD or Notice time , Current CTC and Expected CTC and send it to manju@
