Job Description:We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Executive to manage online sales activities across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, product listing, coordination with internal teams, and improving online sales performance.Key Responsibilities:- Increase Sales on multiple E-commerce platforms, Kisankraft online product penetration and market presence. - Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, KisanKraft website, etc.) - Upload and update product listings (price, images, descriptions, stock) - Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and customer queries - Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfilment - Track sales performance - Coordinate with third-party service providers and supply chain partners - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Make offers, discounts, and promotions to boost online sales - Place Kisankraft Products on Multiple E-commerce Platforms.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate in any discipline - Prior experience in online sales and handling various online platforms is compulsory. - Basic knowledge of how to steer sales on e-commerce platforms - Good communication skills - Basic Excel knowledge - Ability to work with multiple teams - Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:- Experience in handling sales through Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Big Basket, Jio Mart or any other online sales platforms - Understanding of logistics and order fulfilment process
