What you’ll do Own UX and UI for web and mobile products from problem framing to polished final screens Translate business goals and user needs into user flows wireframes and high-fidelity UI Create visually compelling interfaces with strong hierarchy typography spacing and interactiondetail Design intuitive navigation information architecture and component behaviour across journeys Contribute to and evolve design systems and reusable components and design patterns Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship practical and buildable solutions Support product outcomes through product thinking prioritisation trade-offs and iterative improvement Design micro-interactions and motion guidelines and interaction states where required Create supporting visual assets as needed for launches onboarding and product marketing touchpointsWhat we’re looking for 1 - 3 years of experience in UX-UI or product design roles Strong visual design fundamentals typography colour layout hierarchy spacing Solid understanding of UX best practices user flows usability accessibility and interaction design Ability to take a feature from brief to final problem definition exploration and UI execution Experience designing scalable interfaces using components tokens and design system thinking Clear communication and presentation skills including rationale and design decisioning Comfortable working in a high-pace and iterative environment with fast feedback loops Hands-on experience with Figma components variants auto layout and prototyping Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and deliver with accountabilityGood to have Exposure to Product Management practices and metrics-led thinking Experience with motion tools After Effects Principle or Lottie workflows or 3D tools Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript for better design-to-dev collaboration Experience creating brand-consistent visual assets for product and marketingWhy join us Work on real products with visible impact High ownership and fast growth opportunities Collaborative and cross-functional culture Compensation aligned with market standardsInterested?
