Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@Main Purpose:Senior Engineer Operation as part of base support to FPSO operations is an interface of activities of planning, communication, and coordination. He understands technical requirements & skillsets for smooth and safe operation of units and provides accurate and timely data/information to Lead Onshore Tech Support. Collecting data to facilitate both internal and external audits and ensure close out of gaps or recommendations of audits in a time-bound program.Conduct planning and coordination for meetings, compiling data, and material, and make presentations for extending technical support. He establishes MIS with clear objectives including reports viz PRA, PSC, and work towards process improvement initiatives. He ensures optimum utilization of resources including manpower through coordination with different departments.Job Accountabilities:- Interface with O&M Teams: Gather data from relevantstakeholders regarding planned & unplanned shutdowns, KRAs, KPIs of O&M, existing & upcoming projects; compile and submit the data for review. - Support in Compliance in Audit: Collect and compile inputs required for internal and external audits and provides Lead Onshore Tech Support & MIS for review; Assist in close out of audit recommendations. - Reporting & Documentation: Collectsand consolidates reportsfrom all functional leads of O & M; Assist in generating internal reports for HOD as required and in collecting Training Needs of workforce and prepares tentative Training calendar of the Dept. - Process Improvement Measures: Assists in Review, develop SOPs within the functional area periodically to continuously improvethe processes for better efficiency and effectiveness. - Liaise with relevant department heads to improve information sharing, efficiency of planning and scheduling of activities. - Support in Shift Operations: Process data collection and interpretation for trouble shooting. Performthe duties of Panel Engineer’s absence; Update operationchecklists assigned as per schedule and submit to supervisor for review; assist Shift Manager / Shift Engineer and act as Panel reliever when required. - Assist in manpower/shift planning; Co-ordinates with shift employees and provide inputs to supervisor; release of shift schedules - PRA: Coordinates and prepares daily reports in PRA, ensures all the data is entered properly, ensures the data validation is done properly. Maintains the backup data required for PSC reports. Coordinates with different departments and uploads JTs in PRA. - Ensures PRA is completed timely and identifies any deviations in the data and supports in the generation of PPN. - PSC reports: Generates the monthly PSC reports in accordance with DGH requirements. Validates all the data, confirms the data accuracy. Ensures the PSC reports are timely released. - Conduct internal audits and systems periodically as a team on production systems and work towards gap closure. - Review OMPRO exceptional reports and inform management of any deviation or corrective actions. - Maintain effective cost control and promote cost awareness in others. Also, work with contractors as and when required.Skills and Knowledge:- Should be Well-versed in Planning / Coordination / Communication activities. - Meticulous, flexible, versatile, determined, and capable of assertive and positive communication and performance. - MIS / DMS / SAP, ProcessEngineering, Process safety. - Should have thorough knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities, offshore, Oil & Gas Production.Qualification &Experience:- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Petroleum) - Must have minimum 6 Years of experience and maximum 8 years - Specific experience: minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas Industry - Specialist Certifications: Computer Savvy, Knowledge of Operations, basic knowledge of maintenance systemsInterested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@
