Deliver training for distributors and installers on product usage. Report product faults, escalate major quality issues and work closely with HQ to improve product quality. Maintain technical documentation and daily work reports, following company policy. Handle customer inquiries, product fault diagnosis, product replacement/maintenance, systerm upgrades, and routine visit.Qualifications Degree inPower Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation , or related fields preferred. Experience inelectrical or photovoltaic (PV) industry) serviceis a plus. Strongproblem-solving, analytical, and self-learning skills . Excellentcommunication, customer handling, and teamwork abilities . Proactive, responsible, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Proficient inMS Office and technical documentation .
