This role acts as the central coordination point between engineering, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure successful project outcomes in a highly regulated setting.Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end project management for assigned medical device projects from initiation through closure Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners Track project progress against scope, cost, quality, and timeline using appropriate project management tools Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; proactively develop and implement mitigation plans Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485, design controls, validation requirements) Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications Maintain accurate project documentation, change controls, and reporting dashboards Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews by ensuring project traceability and documentation readiness Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes and delivery frameworksRequired Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Operations, or a related field 5–10+ years of experience in project management withinMedical Devices, regulated manufacturing, or life sciences Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, risk management, and delivery governance Experience working in regulated environments with formal documentation and quality systemsPreferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification Experience with new product development (NPD), product lifecycle management, or technology transfer projects Exposure to global or matrixed organizations Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalentKey Skills & Competencies Strong planning, organization, and execution skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities Ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining structure and control High attention to detail with a quality- and compliance-first mindset Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capability Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams
