Inventory Management & Tracking Maintain accurate inventory records of tracker components across all international project locations. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels, investigating discrepancies and variances. Develop, implement, and manage centralized inventory tracking systems, ensuring real-time visibility. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to reconcile physical inventory with system records.Forecasting & Planning Analyze historical consumption data and future project schedules to develop demand forecasts. Work with project management and procurement teams to understand project timelines and material requirements. Identify consumption trends and seasonal fluctuations to adjust inventory thresholds proactively. Create models to project short- and long-term inventory needs, optimizing for cost, availability, and risk.Inventory Optimization Define and regularly revise minimum/maximum inventory thresholds based on consumption trends, lead times, and project urgency. Propose inventory replenishment strategies (e.g., safety stock levels, reorder points) tailored to each international region. Evaluate slow-moving and obsolete inventory, recommending actions to reduce waste and free up working capital. Data Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and reports showing key metrics (inventory turns, stockouts, excess inventory, etc.). Present inventory performance data and forecast accuracy to senior leadership regularly. Support audits and ensure compliance with company inventory policies and controls.Cross-functional Collaboration Liaise with procurement, logistics, project management, engineering, and finance teams to ensure alignment on material needs and inventory targets. Serve as the subject matter expert for tracker component inventory across all international operations.JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, or operations, preferably with international exposure. Experience with inventory management systems (ERP, WMS, etc.); SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred. Previous experience with mechanical or solar tracker components is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable decisions. Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
