Prowess Design & Management Consultants (PDMC)is looking to engage a Project Manager (PMC) for a high-end luxury residential apartment interior project at Gurgaon.Project Details- Engagement: Contractual (Project-based) - Duration: ~12+ months (co-terminus with project completion) - Deployment: Single dedicated PMC resource, daily site presence (1 Weekly off) - Project Site: GurgaonRole Overview- Act as PDMC’s on-ground Project Manager, responsible for overall execution monitoring of luxury interior works. - Ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and agreed quality benchmarks. - Assist in material identification, evaluation, and finalisation in line with approved design intent and budget. - Coordinate with vendors for samples, mock-ups, technical details, and lead times for client approvals. - Support vendor finalisation by assisting in techno-commercial comparisons, coordination, and documentation. - Assist in contract finalisation with vendors and contractors, including scope clarity, milestones, and deliverables. - Coordinate all contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure proper sequencing, workmanship quality, and timelines. - Serve as the single point of contact at site for the client and their SPOC, ensuring structured communication and timely reporting. - Prepare and share regular progress updates including reports, photographs, videos, and action/decision trackers. - Monitor workmanship quality, manage snag lists, and ensure timely closure prior to milestones and handover. - Track execution progress against schedules, identify risks early, and support timely resolution. - Verify and certify contractor RA bills based on actual site progress, approved BOQs, and agreed rates. - Track variations, extra items, and deviations, and assist in documentation and client approvals. - Maintain complete records of material approvals, vendor communications, site instructions, and billing documentation. - Support preparation of as-built drawings and final handover documentation.Experience & Profile- 8+ years of overall experience with 3–4 years in luxury residential interior projects. - Proven exposure to material finalization, vendor coordination, and contract support roles. - Prior experience with overseas clients preferred. - Strong execution, coordination, documentation, and communication skills essential.StartImmediate / Short notice preferredContactInfo@ or Ishan.juneja@
