The role will involve online therapy services, providing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality therapy services to our clients using evidence-based practices.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver speech and language therapy services across on-site centres, partner schools, and via secure teletherapy platforms, as per assigned caseloads.• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based evaluations and assessments for pediatric and adult clients in clinical, school, and online settings.• Interpret assessment findings to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans, and prepare professional reports in line with 1SpecialPlace documentation standards.• Administer screenings, consultations, and functional assessments, including for speech, language, fluency, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing concerns, as applicable to the service setting.• Select and implement personalized, evidence-based intervention strategies, adapting techniques to suit on-site, school-based, and teletherapy delivery models.• Plan and prepare therapy materials, IEPs, session plans, home programs, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with clinical goals and educational requirements where relevant.• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions in centres, schools, and online, with complete session documentation.• Continuously monitor client progress and modify intervention plans based on ongoing clinical observations and outcome measures.• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, coordinators, and school staff to review goals and treatment strategies.• Maintain effective and empathetic communication with parents, caregivers, and school teams, providing regular updates on therapy progress and recommendations.• Participate in IEP meetings, school reviews, case discussions, and internal clinical reviews, contributing actively to collaborative goal-setting.• Support training, mentorship, and supervision of junior Speech-Language Pathologists, interns, or therapy assistants as assigned.• Engage in continuous professional development by attending internal trainings, workshops, conferences, and supervision sessions organized or recommended by 1SpecialPlace.• Provide counseling and guidance to clients and families regarding communication challenges, therapy processes, and expected outcomes.• Adhere strictly to the RCI Code of Ethics, Scope of Practice, and all 1SpecialPlace SOPs across service delivery models.• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records using designated therapy management systems.- • Carry out any additional clinical, academic, or operational responsibilities assigned by management in alignment with role scope.Minimum Qualifications:- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. - Current RCI certification. - At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric and adult clients. - Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation, including IEPs. - Continuing education to maintain an RCI certification.Desirable Qualities:- Availability of 48 hours per week (8 hours/day, 6 days a week). - Experience with pediatric therapy. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in tele-therapy platforms and computer technology. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.To Apply:1.
