Role Overview:We are currently looking to add talented individuals to our Title Services team. Below are the available roles along with key responsibilities. If you possess relevant experience and want to grow career in CRE industry, feel free to apply!Key Responsibilities:Title Documentation & Commitment Preparation:- Manage end‑to‑end title processes including ordering and tracking title abstracts, preparing title commitments, typing accurate legal descriptions, and integrating survey findings (“reading surveys into” commitments).Closing & Post‑Closing Support:- Assemble and organize closing documents and signature packets; produce final title policies; handle post‑closing tasks such as e‑recording required documents.Financial, Escrow & Cashiering Operations:- Support financial workflows by cashiering files, transferring funds, setting up and disbursing payments (primarily checks), tracking escrow accounts, and ensuring timely payment of taxes and other pick‑up items.Audit & Compliance Assistance:- Prepare and verify documentation required for underwriter audits to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.Transaction Reconciliation & Record Management:- Perform reconciliation of transactions within the application/system and maintain accurate records throughout the title and closing lifecycle.Experience Requirement:- Bring 2–5 years of experience supporting commercial title insurance, financial, or escrow operations (commercial experience is mandatory).Position: Title Services AnalystYears of Experience: 2–5 YearsShift Timings: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AMLocation: Hyderabad / DelhiKey Skills:- Experience with SoftPro, Rynoh software preferred - Strong Excel skills and system knowledge - Excellent communication, organization & attention to detail
