Role : UAV R&D Engineer / Intern - Full Time Onsite (Bangalore)Internship Duration : Internship (4-6 months) OR Permanent Role (for Graduates)Location : Bangalore (GiftdMinds R&D and Learning Center, HSR Sec-1)Roles & Responsibilities :Skills :: As a Hands-on R&D Engineer (75%)----------------------------------------------Must Have- Hands-on experience in building, flying and maintenance of small and medium category Drones - Candidates with Licensed Drone Pilot Certificate will be preferred - Experience with various Flight controllers, Ground Station and Calibration - Experience with VTOLs, Fixed wings, FPV and Racing drones will be a plus - Experience with Aero-modelling and RC Flying - Hands-on experience with IOT Development (Arduino, STM, Sensors etc)Good To Have- 3D Design (Fusion360) and FDM 3D Printing experience - PCB Designing - Core Electronics / Electrical EngineeringSkills :: As an Educator (25%)----------------------------------- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to students of varying technical backgrounds - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about science and technology educationAbout GiftdMinds LearningGiftdMinds is an EdTech R&D Product start-up recognised by NASSCOM Center of Excellence.Our Engineering team is involved in product research and development in the field of Drones, Satellites, Mechatronics, Astronomy and more.At GiftdMinds™, you wont just end up building few regular UAVs and then get into mundane training or ad-hoc side gigs to spray pesticides on the farm; we are building an infrastructure, a foundation for a new generation in Drone R&D & Manufacturing, stealth micro Drones, FPV speed racing and more...
