Experience: 5+ YearsLocation: Aurangabad, MaharashtraEmployment Type: Full-time, In-Person RoleABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a highly skilled Draftsman with a strong background in architectural and interior working drawings. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of independently handling complex drawings while coordinating with architects, designers, and consultants.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects - Develop GFC drawings, joinery details, ceiling layouts, flooring, elevations, sections, and construction details - Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, HVAC, and lighting consultants - Ensure drawings comply with design intent, site conditions, and construction standards - Review and update drawings based on site feedback and revisions - Assist architects and designers in translating concepts into accurate technical drawings - Maintain drawing quality, layering standards, and documentation accuracyRequired Skills & Software- AutoCAD (mandatory – advanced proficiency) - Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing - Experience in GFC drawings. - Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications - Experience with Xrefs, CTB files, layering standards, and plotting - Basic knowledge of SketchUp is a plus - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects - Good communication and coordination skillsQUALIFICATIONS- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior drafting - Diploma or degree in Architecture / Civil / Interior Design / AutoCAD certificate course. - Experience working with design studios or architectural/ interior design firms preferred.SALARY AND BENEFITS• Salary based on experience• 15 Days PTO - other than company holidays
