This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, profitability, and premium guest experiences, with a strong focus on high-value banquets, weddings, and large-scale catering events.Key ResponsibilitiesF&B, Banqueting & Catering Leadership- Head end-to-end Food & Beverage Operations, with a strong emphasis on Banqueting & Outdoor Catering Business - Drive growth, efficiency, and service excellence across banquets, weddings, corporate events, and off-site catering - Ensure luxury brand standards across all F&B outlets and catering formatsBanqueting & Outdoor Catering Operations- Lead planning and execution of large-scale banquets, destination weddings, social functions, and corporate events - Manage outdoor catering logistics, manpower deployment, equipment, and service consistency - Partner with Sales & Events teams to maximize catering revenue and repeat business - Innovate menus, service styles, and event execution to enhance guest experienceFinancial Management & Cost Control- Full P&L ownership for F&B, banquets, and catering business - Control food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and wastage - Drive profitability through menu engineering, yield management, and operational efficienciesPeople Leadership & Training- Lead, mentor, and develop large F&B, banqueting, and catering teams - Establish SOPs for banquets and outdoor catering operations - Build a performance-driven culture with strong training and compliance standardsQuality, Compliance & Guest Experience- Ensure highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety (FSSAI compliance) - Maintain service consistency across indoor banquets and outdoor catering events - Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service deliveryKey Requirements- 10–18 years of experience in luxury hotels, premium catering companies, or upscale hospitality groups - Strong, hands-on experience in Banqueting & Outdoor Catering Business - Proven track record managing large weddings, corporate events, and high-volume catering - Experience leading large teams and multi-outlet operations - Strong financial acumen with exposure to P&L and cost control - Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsWhat’s on Offer- Senior leadership role with a reputed luxury hospitality group - Opportunity to lead and scale a high-revenue Banqueting & Catering Business - Competitive compensation up to ₹25 LPA - Long-term growth and stability
