Job Description: Scrum Master / Project Manager (SM + PM)Location: HyderabadExperience: 8–12 YearsJoining: Immediate Joiner / Short Notice PreferredRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Scrum Master cum Project Manager who can manage end-to-end project delivery while driving Agile/Scrum practices. The ideal candidate should be strong in stakeholder management, team leadership, Agile ceremonies, and delivery governance.Key Responsibilities- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives - Ensure Agile best practices are followed and continuously improved - Remove impediments and support team productivity - Act as Project Manager to plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within scope - Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets - Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams - Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and metrics - Ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines - Drive continuous improvement and process optimizationRequired Skills & Qualifications- 8–12 years of overall IT experience - Proven experience as both Scrum Master and Project Manager - Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and project management methodologies - Experience handling multiple teams and complex projects - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar - Scrum Master / PMP / Agile certifications are a plusPreferred Candidate- Immediate joiner or short notice period - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
