About As a graphic designer, you would be responsible for designing modern, intuitive and responsive UI for websites as well as web/mobile apps for our clients. As per the nature of projects, you would also be expected to support other graphic design work if needed.Roles & Responsibilities Understand client and product goals through brand, market, and user research. Translate business and user needs into clear UX strategies for websites and web/mobile apps. Create sitemaps, user flows, and journey maps to define structure and functionality. Ideate and design responsive, interactive, engaging experiences across web, mobile and tablet platforms. Produce low to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs. Build and maintain UI kits, design systems, and reusable components. Perform QC and collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality, on-spec implementation as per approved designs. Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and real-world usage. Leverage AI tools to enhance design efficiency, generate assets/mockups, design variations, and improve overall creative output while maintaining brand consistency and design quality. Contribute to improving internal design processes and mentor junior designers when needed. Support ongoing projects with graphic design work (if needed) such as: Marketing creatives, banners, and landing page visuals. Social media assets and digital ads. Presentation decks, pitch materials, and brand collaterals. Perform basic image editing, visual refinements, and layout adjustments as required.Requirements / Skills 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for websites and web/mobile applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI execution, and visual/graphic design work. Proficiency in Figma and with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability best practices. Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour, layout, and composition. Experience designing responsive and scalable digital products. Capability to design creative 2D and 3D interactive/animated websites as per modern standards. Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and non-design stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.Nice to Have Experience working with enterprises, SaaS products, or B2B digital platforms. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, design-to-dev workflows). Experience designing for or working on low-code/no-code platforms like Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Shopify, etc. Experience in identity design and creating brand guidelines. Prior experience mentoring or leading designers.
