Job Purpose:To manage and oversee all HR functions at the plant level, ensuring smooth operations related to time office, payroll, statutory compliance, and administration. The role is critical in maintaining employee satisfaction, legal compliance, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1. Time Office Management- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. - Ensure accurate biometric and manual attendance tracking. - Handle queries related to attendance and leave policies.2. Payroll Administration- Collate and verify attendance data for payroll processing. - Coordinate with corporate HR/payroll team for timely salary disbursement. - Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, etc.3. Statutory Compliance- Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations. - Maintain records and documentation for audits and inspections. - Liaise with government authorities for PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.4. Plant Administration- Oversee housekeeping, security, and facility management. - Manage vendor contracts and service providers. - Ensure safety, hygiene, and welfare measures for plant employees.5. Employee Engagement & Support- Support onboarding and induction of new employees. - Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary actions. - Organize employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
