Generate, qualify, and convert leads through consultative communication. Present company services and explain value propositions effectively. Maintain detailed records of leads and conversions in CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling objections or queries.Required Skills:Excellent English communication (neutral or American accent preferred). Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of sales funnel, lead generation, and client handling. Confidence to handle U.S.-based calls and time zones. Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
